Resilience through auto-scaling

Auto-Scaling ensures the high availability of your K8s deployments and saves costs at the same time. It comes into play when a node’s resources are insufficient to run the containers and Kubernetes needs to add more worker nodes to the pool.

Number of nodes precisely definable

The initial amount, the maximum and the minimum number of nodes within a node pool can be specified. On the one hand, this limits the costs and, on the other hand, ensures that the service does not use up too many resources and that the platform retains sufficient capacity for the start. This is valuable, for example, when the service has temporary spikes that last shorter than the upscaling would take. So you really do have capacity and performance on demand.

Pioneering storage solution

Thanks to the integration into the Bamboozle cloud ecosystem, a fully integrated persistent data storage is available. The preinstalled CSI-based IONOS storage class enables you to provide stateful applications and stateless web servers. A persistent volume claim (PVC) automatically claims the required persistent volumes.

Easy integration and automation

For the necessary automation in day-to-day operations, K8s are integrated into CI/CD via the Cloud API. Bamboozle Cloud provides various SDKs and Config Management Tools that simplify the integration of Bamboozle Cloud and Managed Kubernetes for the developer.

Individual network configuration

If the address of a Kubernetes node needs to be known in advance, you can use dedicated IPs specified at the node pool level. Kubernetes supports access to your node pools over a private network. The cloud’s DHCP function can be deactivated and a separate DHCP server can be set up in order to individually control the assignment of IP addresses.
